The future of coaching and mentoring: evolution, revolution or extinction?

Your invitation

Please join us for an all-day gathering, jointly sponsored by The Oxford Brookes Coaching and Mentoring Society (OBCAMS), The Coaching and Mentoring Network (C&MN), and The Association for Management Education and Development (AMED).  This follows our initial ‘preview’ event on 20 March.

Programme in progress

Here is the provisional outline of the programme. Please note that we are co-creating this event with the participants.  There are no formal presentations, but rather facilitated group discussions around key themes arising from the various conversations that are being held around the community about the ‘future of coaching and mentoring’.

Articles published in e-O&P highlight some of the themes under discussion, but not all.  Additional themes may be identified during the gathering itself. In this latest version of the provisional programme, we have captured the themes that are evident through many sources since we launched this conversation in June 2015 in association with the 15th Anniversary of the CMN website. Contributions can be made up to, as well as on the 10th of June. So, join the conversation and share your thoughts about the future of coaching and mentoring.
